Do I need trading experience?
No. The platform is built so that a complete beginner can set it up with the help of a personal manager and understand what it is doing at each step. Having no experience does not mean having no risk, though: trading crypto assets can lead to losses, including the whole amount invested.
What happens after I register?
You get access to the platform and wait for a call from your personal manager, who contacts you within 24 hours. On that call they walk you through the next steps: identity verification, account setup, your first deposit and choosing strategies.
Is SQM Financerra licensed, and who regulates it?
We operate under the Chilean rules that apply to our activity, including supervision by the CMF and anti-money-laundering obligations to the UAF. Each area is laid out on the Licensing and regulation page.
How fast can I withdraw my money?
It depends on the method you choose: within 24 hours for wallets such as PayPal or Mercado Pago, up to 1 to 5 business days for cards. Timelines for each method are on Deposit and withdrawal methods, and the conditions are in the Withdrawal policy.
Can I lose money when I trade?
Yes. All trading carries risk and you can lose part or all of the amount you invest. Past results do not guarantee future results. Before depositing, read the Risk disclosure and decide how much you are prepared to lose.
How much does the platform cost?
There is no monthly fee to access it. The Basic, Advanced and Premium plans are the starting capital you set aside for trading, not a subscription. Trading commissions and other costs are shown before you confirm each transaction and are detailed on Fees and pricing.
