Personal support with a dedicated manager

From the moment you register, a real person supports you: they call you, explain how the platform works and stay as your contact for whatever you need. This is what the service includes and how it is used.

A personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.

What personal support is

A one-to-one format of support: one person assigned to you, by name, who knows your case.

On many platforms, support is a form or an anonymous chat. Here it is different: your personal manager is the one who calls you after registration, supports you through activation and setup, and remains available once you are trading. You do not have to explain your situation every time, because they already know it.

Their role is to guide you in using the platform and in the paperwork. They are not an investment adviser: they do not recommend what to buy, sell or how much to risk. Those decisions are always yours.

Questions about features

What each tool does, how they combine and what limits they have.

Who it is for

For people who prefer someone to walk them through it rather than reading manuals.

If it is your first time with crypto assets or with an automated platform, having a person explain every screen shortens the learning time a lot. If you already have experience, the manager serves as a shortcut for paperwork and for settling specific questions without waiting for written replies.

And if you do not want to be called, say so on the first conversation: you can choose to communicate by email only.

The service has no extra cost: it is included in all three plans, Basic, Advanced and Premium, and there is no charge per query. Whether you speak to your manager once or every day is up to you.

Deposits, withdrawals and support

One of the most common reasons people call.

Your manager can explain which payment methods exist and which suit you, how long each takes, which fees apply and which checks are asked for. They also go through the status of a deposit or a withdrawal with you, and tell you what is missing if something is held up.

What they cannot do is skip a verification or approve a payment on their own: those decisions are made by the compliance team. For the detail, see deposits and withdrawals and the withdrawal policy.

Your manager will never ask for passwords, second-step codes or API keys with withdrawal permission. If anyone does so in their name, cut off the communication and tell [email protected].

What your manager does not do

Knowing these limits avoids misunderstandings and protects you.

  • They do not recommend which asset to buy or sell or how much to invest.
  • They do not promise or suggest results, profits or recovery times.
  • They do not handle your money or have access to your exchange to withdraw.
  • They do not ask for keys, passwords or second-step codes.
  • They cannot approve a verification or a withdrawal on their own.

If you ever feel pushed to deposit more, or promised results, stop the conversation and write to [email protected]. It is exactly the kind of thing we want to know about, and you can do it without consequences for your account.

Conversations may be recorded for quality and security, and are handled under the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions about support

More in the FAQ.

How does the personal manager contact me?

They call the number you left on the form, within 24 hours, and can also write to your email. If you cannot pick up, you agree another time by message.

Will you help me if I have never traded?

Yes, it is what we do most. They explain the dashboard, the simulator and the alerts without jargon, and show you how to set limits before risking money.

Can I ask why something happened on my account?

Yes. Your manager can go through the audit history with you and explain which rule triggered and when. If there was a mistake on our side, we investigate it and reply in writing.

Which deposit and withdrawal questions do you resolve?

Available methods, fees, timelines, the status of a request and pending documents. They cannot speed up a withdrawal that is under verification, but they tell you what is missing.

Do they tell me what to buy or sell?

No. The manager explains the platform, but gives no investment recommendations and makes no decisions for you. Your investment decisions are yours.

How do I reach someone in an emergency?

Contact your manager, who is available 24 hours a day. If you suspect someone accessed your account, ask for an immediate lock and write to [email protected].
