We want it short, transparent and respectful of your time. Every stage is by video call, except an optional visit to the Santiago office.
- First contact. Someone on the team reads your message and writes back within five business days.
- Fit conversation. Thirty minutes to get to know each other, answer questions about the role and review expectations.
- Practical case. A bounded exercise close to the real work, which we pay for if it takes more than three hours.
- Team interview. You meet the people you would work with day to day and ask your questions.
- Offer. You receive the full conditions in writing and time to reply.
