Transparency about regulation

SQM Financerra aims to maintain the registrations, authorisations and compliance procedures that the rules require for the services it provides in Chile.

Regulation does not remove investment risk and does not guarantee results. Crypto assets are exposed to market volatility and other risks, and you can lose part or all of what you invest.

Who you are, verified

Before you trade we verify your identity. It is a legal obligation and also a protection: it stops someone else from opening an account with your details.

Transactions monitored

We review unusual patterns and, when the law requires it, inform the competent authority. A review may temporarily limit some functions while it is clarified.

Rules in writing

Terms, privacy, risks, fees and withdrawals are published on the site. If something said on a call with your manager does not match those documents, the written version prevails.

How you can check it yourself

You do not have to rely only on what a website says, this one included. You can run these checks before depositing.

  1. 1

    Ask for the registration detail

Write to us and request the details of the regulated provider your account operates with. We must give them to you in writing.

  2. 2

    Confirm it with the authority

The CMF and the UAF publish information on their official sites. Find them by typing the address yourself, not by following links sent in a message.

  3. 3

Check the domain and the email

Our email always ends in @sqm-financerra.com. If anyone contacts you from another domain, see the fraud warning.

  4. 4

    Start calmly

Nobody should pressure you to deposit. If you feel rushed, stop and read the risk disclosure again.
